At Gymfinity we hold many competitions throughout the year. Both internal and external competitions are open to all members! Our squads also compete in North West regional and national events.

Why Competitions Can Be Great for Children

Taking part in gymnastics competitions can be a fantastic experience for children. While winning medals is always exciting, competitions are really about building confidence, developing new skills and celebrating personal progress.

Children learn how to prepare, set goals and perform in front of others in a positive and supportive environment. They also develop resilience, teamwork and the ability to cope with challenges, all valuable life skills that extend far beyond the gymnastics hall.

At Gymfinity, competitions are always about encouraging children to be the best version of themselves. Every gymnast progresses at their own pace, and there is never any pressure to compete before they are ready. Our experienced coaches work closely with each child and their family to ensure competitions remain enjoyable, rewarding and appropriate for their level of development.

Whether it is their very first event or they are progressing through our squad pathway, competitions provide memorable experiences, lasting friendships and a real sense of achievement.  We notify everyone in plenty of time to enter and often we do extra work in the Gymnastics sessions to prepare for the competition.  Nearer the competition date we create and entry form so you can register to compete.
